Phosphatidylserine is often regarded as a "secret weapon" for improving students' memory. It is an essential component of cell membranes and is particularly abundant in nerve cells, where it helps regulate membrane fluidity and permeability, making signal transmission between nerve cells more efficient and accurate. When nerve cells receive memory-related signals, phosphatidylserine helps maintain the stability of signaling pathways, ensuring smooth signal transmission and thereby promoting memory formation and storage.  

Neurotransmitters, such as acetylcholine and dopamine, play a crucial role in the memory process. Phosphatidylserine participates in the synthesis and release of neurotransmitters, providing essential raw materials and environmental support for their production.
